With over three decades of involvement in the construction industry - including field demolition & construction, design, and consulting - we have experience providing analysis and litigation support for projects from single-family residences through multi-million dollar matters involving apartments, condominiums, arenas, utilities, highways, and more.

Our expertise includes the performance of hundreds of building and construction inspections.

About Us

Gregory A. Zier, AIA, NCARB, CGC

Greg is a Florida licensed Architect and General Contractor who started working part-time in construction as a teenager. He earned his five-year Professional Master's Degree in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Greg also received a Minor Degree in Electronic Design by studying 3D modeling and animation, CAD, and video production. He worked as an Intern Architect in Florida and Minnesota before becoming a construction consultant in 1997.

Greg is Rampart's Principal Forensic Architect with experience in forensic inspections, destructive investigation, report writing, deposition, and trial testimony. He also has extensive experience creating 2D and 3D graphics, animation, and video related to construction disputes and is a licensed FAA 107 remote pilot providing inspections via drone.
